The Seattle Seahawks didn’t run the ball at the end of the Super Bowl and that’s why they lost the game. I thought we all agreed that it was a dumb call, and the worst in super bowl history. However, I’m seeing articles defending the play call, and some are even condoning it. The worst part is, Seahawks fans are starting to believe this, and they’re sending the article to me. The article I’m getting the most is Benjamin Morris’ on FiveThirtyEight.com. It is a reasonable article, but it should be held up as some kind of validation. It was a horrible call. When you throw the ball 3 things can happen and two of them are bad. Why would you do that with the game on the line? When you have the best power runner in the league. Don’t out think the room run the ball.

In this episode of The Last Show Podcast, I talk about why I hate super bowl week. I don’t like the pumping and priming of big sporting events. And the super bowl is the biggest offender. That is why I hate super bowl week. It’s a variety of pregame show after pregame show, with people saying nothing. It is the most infuriating time on the sports schedule.
I also talk about my trip to San Diego for the San Diego Comedy Festival and I ponder why Eminem is no longer good.

On this episode of The Last Show Podcast. I talk about the movie Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance). I got to see and I’m confused. Not confused like I don’t know what happened. I know what happened because I watched the movie. I’m confused because I don’t know what, why was what. The acting performances were great. Ed Norton was fantastic, Michael Keaton was great, and Emma Stone still freaks me out.
I also talk about Marshawn Lynch’s running style and his epic celebration routine. Which I found out has a name, “Hold my ****.” I also talk about Tiger Wood’s tooth getting knocked out and who’s getting the most pleasure out of his troubles *spoiler alert* it’s his ex-wife and Kurt Busch’s girl being an assassin.

Can we stop with the Marshawn Lynch interviews? Seriously it’s uncomfortable. Just watch the first 45 seconds for the newest edition of both teams played hard (Rasheed Wallace style).
He actually rubs his eyes at and you can see his eyes get watery.
The purpose of an interview is to hear someone talk. The only problem is Marshwan Lynch doesn’t want to talk. So why are we still seeing interviews from him? Who is gaining from this transaction? Is it the media? I don’t think it is. Who has fun being rejected once a week? I’ve been rejected before, and I wasn’t eager to go back for more. And I definitely didn’t want a camera crew to tag along and film my uncomfortable failure. So what going on?
Maybe the media is doing this because that’s just the way things are done. “Star players are supposed to talk, because the fans want to know what they have to say”.… Read More
