July’s Show was a packed house…next Taphouse Showcase Sunday September 7th

NakedCityShowAug-

Thanks to everyone who came out to July’s Taphouse Sessions Comedy Showcase. It was a packed house and everyone enjoyed themselves. If you think I’m lying look at the Instagram picture above (by the way you can follow me on Instagram @kortneyshane), and if people didn’t enjoy themselves I wouldn’t be writing this post. Instead, the head of Naked City Brewery would have yanked the show, and I would be eviscerating people who didn’t show up.

So thank you for allowing us the see another month.

Also special thanks to Geoff Brousseau for coming by and doing a set.

The next Taphouse Sessions Comedy Showcase is Sunday September 7th at 7pmNakedCitySept7th

Tickets are $6 in advance and $10 at the door

Sunday June 8th, at 7pm, Stand Up comedy comes to Naked City Brewery

NakedCityPoster

The Taphouse Sessions will make its debut in Greenwood Seattle, at Naked City Brewery Sunday June 8th.

The Taphouse Sessions will be a monthly comedy show featuring National touring headliners and good up-in-coming local comics. With the operative word in the previous sentence being “good.” You will not see the same stale acts that appear at most comedy shows. That turns your one night out, into a 3 hour marathon of unfunny; which ends up being more depressing than entertaining. Leaving you thinking, “I should have stayed home and watched Seinfeld reruns.”

About the Producers:

The Taphouse Sessions is produced by John Gardner, Brett Hamil, and Kortney Shane Williams. All of the are Seattle based comedians that are accomplished in their own right – which you can read more about below – that work together to produce a quality show.

  • John Gardner is born and raised in Seattle.

Shopping at Safeway and Trader Joe’s…Scary White Guys with Dreadlocks

I’m working on a new full length comedy album that will be recorded later this year. People continue to ask me how it’s going. And I continue to say, “Um, it’s going well.” However instead of just telling people it’s going well I thought I would put some clips online. So I dropped a new…
